Add the Title of the event, Date, Time, Guests, and any other Google Calendar options. Create an event with Zoom meeting, click More Options. Refresh the screen so you see the updates.The meeting invitation will be copied and you can paste that information into an email or anywhere else you would like to send it out. Select the meeting that you want to invite others to and click Copy Invitation. Schedule from the Zoom desktop client or mobile app. A host has control over the options for their scheduled meetings, except for settings that an administrator has locked for all users in the account or for all members of a specific group.
